Any multiple booking in one slot or across all slot will be removed and forfeited.
Slots are based on first come first serve basis.

Participants to arrive at least 15 minutes before the session for registration.

Things to bring along:
1. Confirmation booking via email.
2. Tracetogether token or Tracetogether app in your mobile phone.
3. Participants to be dressed in proper attire with covered shoes.
4. Participants to bring along your own water bottle and towel.

Important information to all:

1. All participants of PA organised classes/activities/events are to be vaccinated, as per prevailing vaccination differentiated SMMs (VDS). Before the class/activity/event starts, participants must show their vaccination status to the organiser/trainer via TT app/ HealthHub app, or physical/digital copies of the vaccination certificate from MOH approved COVID 19 test providers.

2. An individual is considered vaccinated if he/she has:

a) Received the appropriate regimen of World Health Organisation Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccines including their respective duration post vaccination for the vaccine to be fully effective and had their vaccination records ingested in MOH’s national IT systems. Individuals who are vaccinated overseas will be considered as fully vaccinated only if their vaccination records have been captured in MOH’s national IT systems, after a COVID 19 serology test is performed by a MOH approved healthcare provider. 
b) Recovered from COVID 19 and can provide a valid Pre Event Test (PET) exemption notice for the duration of the class/activity from an MOH approved COVID 19 test provider. From 1 January 2022 , exemption period for recovered persons from COVID 19 infection will be reduced from 270 days to 180 days. An additional 1 month grace period would be granted to recovered individuals who will already exceed the 180 day period as at 1 Jan 2022 and not fully vaccinated, to complete their primary series vaccination regime, so as to continue being able to enter VDS settings; or
c) Tested and obtained a negative Antigen Rapid Test (ART) result on a pre event test taken in the past 24 hours from a MOH approve d COVID 19 test provider before the expected end of the class/activity. From 1 Jan 2022, voluntarily unvaccinated participants are not allowed to join the class/activity/event in person, even with a negative PET result.
d) Special concession will be given to medically ineligible who can produce the standard paper memo as proof to enter premises or take part in classes/activities with VDS. Individuals who are medically ineligible can visit any General Practitioner (GP) clinic, or public or private healthcare institution to be certified as medically ineligible, subject to the revised criteria.

3. Tickets are non-transferrable and change of location will not be allowed.
4. Organisers reserve the rights to change event site in the event of low sign ups.
5. Organisers reserve the right to deny entry to non registered participants or anyone who are not in compliance with the SMMs.
 ​​​​​6. Please note that photos taken during the event may be used by People's Association and Fernvale Grassroots Organisations for publicity purposes.
