Filmmaking is a collective effort by nature. But beyond the all-important technical knowledge and visible labour, there are vast and often under-seen worlds of emotions and unique psychological landscapes and needs that film workers inhabit. As the pressure of making and completing a creative project mounts, how can people understand and look after each other, while caring for themselves?
