Linear Green's Move-it (HIIT) Circuit Exercise program
Starting on 7th July 2022, Linear Green RN will be working with ActtveSg to conduct this high- Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit workout for residents every Thursday night at the Pavillion @ block 221.
