OVERVIEW

Singapore’s early childhood sector has gained national attention over the last few years, with increased funding for sectoral improvements. The drive towards improving accessibility, affordability, and quality of the services produced has been accompanied by stronger regulatory control, which has demanded swift adaptation by preschool providers and practitioners.

This discussion aims to explore the challenges and possibilities of managing such changes, from the ground. The three-member panel will share their insights in the management of these policy changes in practice with a focus on sharing their experience of managing staff, centre development and leadership.
