Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the Conference, you are welcome to contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Request for registration cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat no later as follows:
- Refund Schedule:
- Cancellation before/on 15 October 2021: Refund 50% deduction for administrative purposes
- Cancellation after 15 October 2021: Refund with 30% deduction for administrative purposes
- All refunds will be processed after the conference
- No refunds for cancellation will be given after 25 October 2021
