Terms & Conditions
By registering for International Tourism Congress 2015, all participants agree to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. It is the participant's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
Payment for registration of the conference is only accepted in CASH & Credit Card (VISA & MASTER) in SGD ONLY.
*All prices are inclusive of GST.
Dateline of online payment and registration is on 8th May 2015.
After this date, please register personally onsite at SUNTEC CITY CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTRE, LEVEL 3 from 21st – 24th July 2015.
Cancellation Statement: Cancellations should be made in writing before before 1st May 2015. Refunds will be subjected to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant. Bank charges that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant. Any cancellations received after 1st May 2015 will not be entertained.
Transfer of registration: Transfer of your registration to another person is not acceptable.
Non-attendance: No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the conference.
Additional Note:
A confirmation notice will be sent via email to all registrants only after full payment has been received. Do contact Ms Lee Lay Ching layching.lee@jklancc.com if you do not receive the email one week prior to the event.
Attendance would only be allowed upon full receipt of the payment.
JKLANCC reserves the right to stop registration before the closing date in the event of a full house. In the event of a full house, the organiser will contact unsuccessful delegates to arrange for a refund of any registration fees that may have been paid.
Disclose of personal information: The details that is collected from the registration form will be recorded into JKLANCC database and will be used for marketing, administration and promotional purposes.
JKLANCC reserved the rights to make any changes to the Conference Programme without any prior notice.
