Dev joined Rogers Capital Technology as Managing Director in 2018 with over 20 years of experience in the telecom and technology sector. He worked previously as General Manager of Telecom Plus and Teleservices, making them the leading companies in the Internet and advertising businesses before founding his own IT company.  Dev has also gained over the years a strong technical expertise in ICT and Security. He worked for over seven years as CIO of Mauritius Telecom and in the early years of his career, he was also the main architect in the setting up of the first national broadband Internet Infrastructure in Mauritius.
 

Sean Raymond​

Sean Raymond joined Darktrace in 2018 with a background in IT Security. Prior to Darktrace, Sean has over 8 years of IT Security experience having worked with the market leading IT Security providers across both reseller and vendor channels. He has spoken in front of a vast array of audiences internationally. 

Sean’s specialism lies in the application of AI and machine learning in order to futureproof and protect an organization’s core business assets against cyber threat. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Business Management completing his studies at the University of Johannesburg.

Manish Rajwani​
Head of Business Development
Rogers Capital – Technology
 

Backed by more than 15 years’ experience in the telecoms and technology business, Manish is leading the commercial capability of Rogers Capital Technology Services as Head of Business Development. 

He has previously worked as the General Manager at ADBN, the first nationwide wireless ISP in Mauritius where he played an instrumental role in helping to successfully turn around the business which was eventually acquired by Rogers Capital. Manish is now focused on developing strategic partnerships locally and in sub Saharan Africa.
 

 

Shailesh has over 8 years of experience in the ICT field. Starting his career as IT Administrator in 2009, he worked as Lead Hosting Engineer for Ceridian Mauritius. Shailesh joined DXC Technology in 2016 as Account Delivery Manager where he provided end-to-end management of all account matters relating to IT, POS, ATM and Network services for the State Bank of Mauritius Ltd.

He later joined Rogers Capital Technology as Team Leader- Information Security Advisory in July 2019. Shailesh holds an ITIL Certification in Service Management and is a Certified Ethical Hacker by EC-Council.
