This session seeks to provide a practical understanding of the new VCC framework, including and an understanding of key legal, compliance and tax considerations relevant to the VCC. As both the VCC and the VCC MAS Grant Scheme are limited to the permissible fund managers i.e. registered fund management company (RFMC); licensed fund management company (LFMC) and venture capital fund manager (VCFM), this webinar will be particularly relevant to these categories of fund managers.
