Integration Ambassador Programme 2026 [non-Singpass]

Integration Ambassador Programme (IAP)

Organised by the National Youth Council (NYC), the IAP brings together up to 40 local and international youths to lead ground-up initiatives that foster meaningful connections across nationalities in campuses, workplaces and communities.

As an Integration Ambassador, you will:

• Deepen your understanding of Singapore's integration landscape,
• Build practical skills in cross-cultural engagement and community building,
• Access exclusive learning opportunities such as learning journeys, panel dialogues and masterclasses, and
• Collaborate with like-minded peers, guided by experienced mentors, to design and implement your own ground-up integration initiative.

Programme Period: October 2026 to March 2027

Key dates to reserve:

• 24 October and 25 October 2026: Two-day induction programme (mandatory)
• October 2026 to March 2027: Three post-induction engagement sessions (dates to be confirmed)
• By 31 March 2027: Completion of ground-up initiative

Who should apply? Local and international youths aged 18–35 who are students or young working adults based in Singapore for the duration of the programme, with a genuine interest in building a more socially cohesive Singapore.

What to expect: Ambassadors will receive capability-building support, access to facilitators and mentors, and guidance on project planning and implementation. They may also be connected to potential funding opportunities such as NYC's Microgrants.
