About the trainer:
Dr Sandy Chong is an accomplished researcher and a leading consultant with over 16 years of experience in Electronic Commerce and International Marketing.
One of the first PhD holders in Asia-Pacific to specialise in e-Commerce, Dr. Chong has been conducting related research projects and lectures in US, Europe and Asia-Pacific since 1999. Her studies examine the success factors of online businesses, and has been invited to speak at international conferences and organisations such as Yahoo!, Sun Microsystems, and American Express Inc. She trains and advises organisations across private & public sectors on international growth strategies, strategic market intelligence, global marketing communication, e-Business strategies, e-Commerce adoption success, e-Branding, and corporate social responsibility. Her latest projects in Australia, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland and USA help organisations to level the playing field using online strategies. Her publications can be found in information systems, marketing, supply management, global business management and public policy journals.
