This 5 day workshop, held in Singapore and Bangalore, is targeted at retail companies in the Consumer Appliance and Electronics industry. The workshop will help companies address common issues and challenges that companies face when exporting and setting up their business in India.
Through the workshop which includes classroom training and site visits, participants will learn to develop their own unique strategy which focuses on the method of entry into the market, the e-commerce landscape and online strategy, as well as provide possible partners to work with and how to overcome key challenges they will face when entering the Consumer Appliance and Electronics sector in India.
