Shopping experience is king in the retail sector, and it's no wonder innovation in retail has accelerated over the past decade to meet this demand. Amidst intense competition and disruption, there is pressure to stay relevant to customers, either through new initiatives or better customer service. From factory to store, all players within the retail industry has a part to innovate, but this process is in its early stages in Southeast Asia, where retailers are now starting to learn of technology enablers to enhance their products and services.

In order to innovate, retailers must first develop capabilities to diagnose pertinent pain points in the shopping experience, then identify and adopt the right technologies to harness as enablers.

Participnats will have the opportunity to select a breakout session to have in depth conversations about how specific solutions can help your retail business innovate. Breakout sessions will be on:
1) Reaching out to new markets via omnichannel offerings
2) Personalised customer interaction with location-based marketing
3) Seamless payment and check-out processes
