About the speaker:
Say Hun has over 13 years of international tax consulting experience in corporate, personal and indirect taxes, advising multinationals clients on operational tax issues and transactions involving cross border tax issues, including international mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations, international compliance, foreign tax client planning and permanent establishment issues.
He has extensive knowledge and experiences in providing tax advice, market entry research, and assistance with investment licensing and post-license compliance for foreign investors in Vietnam and Cambodia.
