iAdvisory Clinic: Business Restructuring for Singapore - Value Chain Transformation
How can Singapore businesses respond to the increasing regionalisation of markets?
The business environment of Asia Pacific has become increasingly complex - regulatory issues and infrastructure challenges means that growing your business in the region today is no longer a straight forward process.
Successfully managing the growth and scale of business change in Asia Pacific and transitioning to regional markets pose significant challenges to doing business in the region.
Many Singapore businesses have reconsidered their approaches to doing business in Asia Pacific - by establishing centralised business structures in the region with headquarters operating out of Singapore.
This clinic will address the critical question of how Singaporean businesses can respond to the increasing regionalisation of markets. We will explore 3 key issues:
- Business models to extract full value from organic and inorganic growth of your regional footprint
- Considerations to identify the most appropriate business model for your organisation
- Sustaining this value over the long-term
These issues will be looked at from an operational and tax perspective by a team of regional specialists.
This clinic is recommended for: COOs, Finance Directors, General Managers, Operations Directors, Supply Chain leaders and Tax Directors of Singapore organisations with current or planned regional business operations.
