For the first time ever, Wavesparks, National Youth Council, and Enterprise Singapore are bringing to you a youth-focused track at Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology (SWITCH) - a full-day experience where youth step into the future of work. From exploring how AI is reshaping real jobs across industries in Singapore, to debating its impact on creativity, careers, and society, youth will gain both inspiration and practical exposure. Come meet industry insiders, founders, and innovators; get hands-on with cool AI tools, and end the day with a celebration of future talent and music.

- Act 1: WorkWindows
- Explore the 9 industry stations and speak to the professionals there - learn about their "Day in My Life", and how they are adapting and evolving with the rise of AI.
- Act 2: AIdea Labs
- At the earlier WorkWindow stations, you will receive a challenge card - here's your chance to help the professionals solve a work problem, with the use of AI. Head over to one of our 3 workshops to get hands-on experience in using fun AI tools - we'll guide you through it so you'll come out realising AI isn't so scary afterall.
- Act 3: ThinkClash
- Head over to the ThinkClash area, where a panel of thought leaders from the government, corporate, startup, and investment fields debate on hot topics around AI - What skills should youth focus on? What can AI unlock when in the hands of builders vs masses? You get to vote on the most convincing debate team!
- Act 4: Creation Showcase
- Throughout the day, youth from the region will be taking the stage to pitch and showcase their startups. We will also showcase the top creations from the AIdea Labs. Get ready to be wowed and inspired!
- Act 5: AI Beats Bash
- As the day draws to an end, let your hair down and vibe to our DJ - who will be serving both man-made and machine-made beats. Will we succeed in creating a unique (and good) Future Re:Wired song, capturing all your hopes and dreams? Join us to find out!
