In collaboration with Youth Corps Singapore. Join us for #SeasTheDay2.0 at East Coast Park to clear the debris and flotsam that were brought onto our shores due to the Southwest Monsoon. This time, we would like to extend an opportunity for our volunteers to experience stand-up paddling (SUP) as an OPTIONAL follow-up post-event workout!
Learn more about the issues of marine debris, its effect on marine life and the environment as we clean up our shores! Volunteers will be equipped with tools for the clean-up. Additionally, there are facilities within PAssion WaVe @ East Coast Park to wash up right after the session.
Volunteers will head out to the identified hot spots along East Coast Park by foot where they will be provided with the necessary equipment to clear the beaches of man-made marine debris. A pre-activity briefing will be conducted before the start of the session.
Safe distancing guidelines will be implemented to ensure the safety of all our volunteers. More details about the event will be shared after your registration is successful.
