This event is jointly organised by SNEF and SUSS-IAL.
This interactive workshop starts with the business realities that SME leaders face and explores how Skills-First practices can support that. Through facilitated discussions and hands-on activities, you will:
Reflect on the SME leader's experience — explore what matters most to your business, and where people and skills sit in that picture.
Explore Skills-First practices — identify practices that could be relevant and useful in your business.
Identify what helps or gets in the way — examine the situations and barriers that can make these practices easier or harder to put into action.
Exchange and identify practical actions — learn from other SME leaders and identify actions that can be explored in your own business.
Shape future support for SMEs — share what ecosystem partners could do to help more SMEs adopt approaches, programmes and practices that are relevant, practical and effective.
