Market Research
Identify the best Target Market for your business and the essential know-hows of the market, from tariff, to distribution channels and sector analysis.
Understanding your Customers
Identify potential contacts outside the traditional channels and learn to position your products for these customers.
Entering a New Market
Understand the various market entry methods and the best channel for your business.
Negotiation Skills for Cross-border Business
This module will teach participants the skills required for negotiating a deal successfully.
Networking and Presentation Skills
Equip yourself with skills that will prepare you to speak with any potential partner about your business.
About the trainers
Mr Sarath Menon, Managing Director, Orissa International Pte Ltd
Mr Sarath Menon is Managing Director of Orissa International Pte Ltd. He is currently managing Orissa’s trade representation contracts with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the province of Ontario and the state of Missouri in SEA, where his key focus is helping companies from these states and provinces with implementing their export strategy for SE Asia.
Ms Shauna Li Roolvink. Founder & Principal Consultant
Ms Shauna Li is the Founder & Principal Consultant of BrandHub, a strategic brand consultancy focused on creating and building global Asian brands. A 15-year veteran of business and brand strategy, Shauna has conducted brand training/ facilitation workshops and seminars for large corporations such as Unilever and Bank Negara Malaysia.
Ms Jeanette Ng, Advisor & Trainer
Ms Jeanette Ng is a project advisor with UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute, working with SMEs on market research, strategy and expansion plans. She is also a business advisor for SMEs, under the SPRING Business Advisor Program. Her forte includes developing and implementing growth and expansion plans on a sustainable basis.
