DPH Christmas Goodie Bag Packing & Distribution
Time: 10.30am to 2.30pm
Date: 22 December 2022, Thursday
In conjunction with Christmas, NUSS will be packing Christmas Goodie Bags for the DPH patients.
Role of volunteers:
Help to pack the items into the Christmas Goodie Bag and bring over the packed care kits and distribute to Dover Park Hospice inpatients.
Number of Volunteers Required: 5
Programme Outline:

| 10:30AM | Volunteers to collect items from DPH |
| 11:00AM | Packing of goodie bags at Mandalay guild house |
| 12:00PM | Packing Completed - Lunch (Own discretion) |
| 1:00 PM | Briefing for Volunteers at DPH Council room |
| 1:30 PM | Deliver goodie bags to Hospice Distribution of goodie bags to Patients (to be confirmed nearer to date) |
| 2:30 PM | End of Goodie Bag distribution |
| 2:30 PM | De-Brief for Volunteers at DPH Council room |
Terms and Conditions:
1. Registration close on 18 December 2022 or when we reach 5 participants, whichever is earlier.
2. Please be informed that cancellations must be made in writing, 7 working days before the date of the event
Please note that event participants are only confirmed upon receiving a separate confirmation email from the Secretariat.
