Join us for a movie date: Jurassic World on the 18th June 2022, 7pm - 9pm at Seletar Shaw Theatres! ! Strictly open to Compassvale Southgate residents residing in block 200A to 204D only.Notes:
Limited of 5 tickets per household. NRIC will be required to verify name & address for ticket collection.
- Movie tickets and allocaton of seats are based on first come first serve basis.
- Tickets to be collected before showtime at Shaw Theatres Seletar.
No transportation will be provided to the event venue.
No refund will be provided except for cancellation by Compassvale Southgate RC.
Terms & Conditions
You are registering to participate in a Compassvale Southgate Residents' Committee (RC) event where photography, video and audio recordings may occur. By registering for and participating in this event, you hereby consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other such purpose(s) that the Compassvale Southgate RC or the People's Association (“PA”), its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deem fit for its use. You also hereby agree to release Compassvale Southgate RC and the PA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering Compassvale Southgate RC's / the PA’s event premises, you also agree to waive all rights that you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these recorded materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo(s), video(s), or audio recording(s) taken by Compassvale Southgate RC or the PA or the person or entity designated to do so by Compassvale Southgate RC or the PA. In addition, this event will be monitored for unauthorised recording. By attending the event or entering the event premises, you agree not to make any photo, video or audio recordings or digitise any parts of the event and/or event presentation. If you attempt to use a recording device, you hereby agree to your immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of any such recording device in consequence. You have hereby been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before attending and participating in this event. By submitting this Form and registering for this Event, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions set out in this Form, and I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data by Compassvale Southgate RC / the PA as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
