You are registering to participate in Compassvale Helm RN's event where photography, video and audio recordings may occur. By registering for and participating in this event, you hereby consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other such purpose(s) that Compassvale Helm RN or the People's Association (“PA”), its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deem fit for its use. You also hereby agree to release Compassvale Helm RN and the PA, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering Compassvale Helm RN's/PA’s event premises, you also agree to waive all rights that you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these recorded materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo(s), video(s), or audio recording(s) taken by Compassvale Helm RN or the PA or the person or entity designated to do so by Compassvale Helm RN or the PA. In addition, this event will be monitored for unauthorised recording. By attending the event or entering the event premises, you agree not to make any photo, video or audio recordings or digitise any parts of the event and/or event presentation. If you attempt to use a recording device, you hereby agree to your immediate removal from the premises and forfeiture of any such recording device in consequence. You have hereby been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before attending and participating in this event.
