About the Speakers

Andrew Muller
Chief Financial Officer, Aurecon


Andrew Muller is Aurecon’s Chief Financial Officer. Reporting to Aurecon's CEO and a member of the Group Executive Leadership Team, his responsibilities include driving financial, and operational performance to meet Aurecon's strategic business goals.

Andrew is a senior business executive who joined Aurecon in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer following an 18-year career with Lendlease, where he held a range of senior financial management positions both in Australia and globally. Having over 25 years in the property and engineering construction industry, Andrew has a very good appreciation of our operations from a different perspective and has been able to apply this insight to the Chief Financial Officer and as well the Chief Operating Officer roles during his time with Aurecon.

Andrew has overall responsibility for Aurecon’s financial strategy and leads the finance team to deliver operational excellence in financial practices aligned with business strategy. As our CFO, Andrew has delivered considerable strategic value improving our business operations and financial management. His key strengths lie in his ability to combine strategic thinking with operational expertise to improve business performance and drive growth.

Andrew has built high performing teams and is passionate about developing future leaders.

Lim Tien-Ann 
Managing Director, Head of International Centres, Institutional Banking Group, DBS Bank Ltd


Tien-Ann is Head of International Centres at DBS since October 2019. He is responsible for oversight and execution of DBS’ growth strategies in Australia, Dubai, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Bangladesh. Prior to this, he was the Group Chief Operating Officer for the Institutional Banking Group at DBS. Tien-Ann has over 30 years of banking experience at DBS and had held different roles including head of DBS’ agribusiness regionally. Tien-Ann also spent 5 years at DBS London Branch from 1998 to 2003.



Bronwyn Mercer 
Trust Lead, Eucalyptus & New Colombo Plan Alumni


Bronwyn is a technology leader with over 10 years of experience working in cybersecurity. She currently leads the Trust function (cybersecurity, IT and infrastructure teams) at Eucalyptus, an Australian digital scale-up building the future of preventative healthcare. Bronwyn considers Asia her second home having spent most of the last decade leading digital transformation projects across the Asia-Pacific region. As a 2016 New Colombo Plan scholar, Bronwyn studied computer science at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and worked in cybersecurity and digital forensics at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and INTERPOL.

The New Colombo Plan (NCP) is an initiative of the Australian Government which aims to lift knowledge of the Indo-Pacific in Australia. The NCP provides scholarships of up to 19 months and flexible mobility grants to support Australian undergraduates to undertake study, language training, internships and engage in practicums and research internships in almost 40 host locations.
