2020年全国杰出华文教师奖提名表格 Nomination form for Distinguished Chinese Language Teachers Awards

宗旨：肯定并褒奖华文教师对中华语文与文化教育所做出的贡献。

资格：

• 所有本地教育部属下小学、中学、高中或初院的在职华文教师都可被提名（曾获“全国模范华文教师奖”者除外）
• 所有获提名的教师必须能通过创新的教学法或学习活动，激发学生对中华语文与文化的兴趣。
• 获提名的教师也应该具有专业精神，关心学生，以及深受学生、家长和同事们的爱戴。

奖励：杰出华文教师各可获得1500元现金以及奖座一个。

提名截止日期延至2020年5月22日（星期五）

Objective: To give due recognition to deserving Chinese language teachers who have shown examplary efforts towards education of Chinese language and culture.

Eligibility:

• All Chinese language teachers in MOE primary, secondary, pre-universities, junior colleges and IP schools are eligible (except for past winners of this award)
• Nominated teachers should be able to inspire students’ interest in Chinese language and culture through creative teaching or learning activities
• The nominees should also possess passion for teaching and command respect from students, parents and fellow teachers

Prizes: All winners will receive $1500 cash and a trophy each

Nomination deadline extended to 22 May 2020 (Friday)
