After 30 years of exploration and practice, China's capital market has gradually established a multi-layer capital market system. In the process of standardization, rule of law, marketization and internationalization, the effectiveness of the capital market in serving the real economy has been significantly improved. While the capital market provides companies with multiple financing channels, companies are also facing a lot of opportunities and challenges in the process of using capital market forces to develop.
