IBF and MAS had earlier commissioned Ernst and Young to conducts a detailed study on the impact of wider integration of Data Analytics and Automation on Manpower in the Singapore Financial Services Sector. The comprehensive study reported that one-third of job roles in the financial services industry will be transformed as technologies such as data analytics and automation replace certain tasks, while half of the job roles will be "augmented" as people use new and emerging technologies to enhance their performance.

One of the key findings from the report was that the best way to prepare the workforce is to look at the future skill requirements that will help job holders gain new capabilities or identify ways to enhance existing skill sets.

Join us for a healthy breakfast and find more how job roles will be transformed. Hear from industry players on their workforce transformation journeys and gain insights on how you can prepare your financial institution and employees to meet the challenges ahead.
