BOON LAY GREEN MARKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Purpose and Goals:
-to provide community gardeners, hobbyists, and budding entrepreneurs the opportunity to
buy, sell and trade their produce and plants.
-to provide a family friendly place to promote and share green initiatives and ideas.
Application Process:
Vendor booth fees are as follows:
$10.00 for 1 Table *LAUNCH PROMOTION*
1 Chair
1 table cloth provided
Or $20.00 for
2 Tables
2 Chairs
2 table cloth provided
Only Debit or Visa can be used for payment. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable.

Acceptance & Declaration:
1. In event that I did not attend, fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
by the organizer.
2. Please note that all booth will be allocated by the organising committee and participants
must stay within their assigned spaces. The committee reserves the right to relocate vendors
and/or reassign spaces.
3. I agree to hold myself solely responsible for any mishap or injury that may occur during, or
as a result of my participation in any course or activity organised by, including the rental of
equipment from the People's Association.
4. I shall not hold the People's Association or their staff, servants and agents responsible for
any damage to or loss of property or life which may be sustained by me during the course or
arising from any cause in connection with my course or activity.
5. No Sale of food/drinks (only sale of plants and gardening related items are permitted)
