BBQ Pit booking @ Boon Keng (May 2022)

Terms & Conditions:

1. BBQ pits are strictly reserved for booking by Boon Keng residents (Blocks 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 Boon Keng & 10A, 10B, 10C Bendemeer) only on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Two BBQ pits are available for online booking. The opening hours are from 6.00pm to 10.00pm on weekdays and 12.00pm to 10.30pm on weekends and public holidays.
3. Booking shall be made online @ www.onepa.gov.sg (Search for Jalan Besar Boon Keng RC)
4. Once booking has been made, there will strictly be no change of date under any circumstances (e.g. bad weather, work commitment, sick).
5. Residents (Users) shall be responsible for the cleanliness of the BBQ pit and its surrounding area at all times. All waste or other refuse must be disposed of properly. BBQ pits must be cleared and cleaned by users by 10.30pm.
6. Residents who have booked the BBQ pits are required to look after the facilities; a penalty charge will be imposed if facilities are found to be vandalised or damaged.
7. Booking receipt must be brought along to the BBQ pit for verification, to avoid any form of disputes and misunderstandings.
8. Jalan Besar Boon Keng RC will not be liable for any claims in respect to interruption in any of the services and/or loss of property, injury or others in the course of the activity held.
9. Users of the BBQ pits shall observe the above Terms and Conditions. RC reserves the right to cancel any approved booking and will not be liable for any damages thus caused.
10. All decisions made by Jalan Besar Boon Keng RC are final and the RC reserves the right to reasonably amend the terms and conditions from time to time.
