How to stay sane in the Covid-19 economic downturn
The video will be streamed on Friday, Sep 25 at 7pm on The Straits Times' Facebook page

For this episode, The Straits Times' senior health correspondent Joyce Teo hosts Ms Angie Chew, a mindfulness expert and founder of the Brahm Centre, a charity where people can get health education as well as emotional and mental support. She was named The Straits Times Singaporean of The Year 2019 for her advocacy of mental wellness.

The Covid-19 pandemic has severely impacted the Singapore economy, and, in the coming months, business closures, retrenchments and unemployment will go up. Ms Chew offers insights on how you can reframe your thinking to prepare yourself for the changes that may come in this pandemic, and emerge stronger, more resilient and more positive.
