Professor Henrik Bresman
Academic Director, HEAD Foundation
Faculty Director, INSEAD Global Leadership Center

Henrik Bresman is a professor at INSEAD and resides in Singapore. Professor Bresman is an expert on leading high-performance teams. He is the co-author of the top-selling book X-Teams: How to Build Teams that Lead, Innovate, and Succeed (published by Harvard Business School Press), which shows how teams at all levels can take on strategic leadership roles and change the direction of their organizations. His work has been profiled in Time Magazine, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Forbes, and the Economist. Professor Bresman’s current work focuses on developing principled and effective leaders who help societal progress in Singapore and throughout Asia.

Mr. Kwan Chee Wei
CEO, Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI)

Chee Wei joined HCLI as the Executive Director in February 2010 when the institute was set up and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute.

Prior to that, Chee Wei was the Chief Human Resources Officer at IMC Corp Limited, where he was responsible for all HR matters spanning the entire operations across the IMC Corp group of companies. Between 1997 and 2007, Chee Wei gained his HR consulting experience with SHL and Watson Wyatt. After 7 years, Chee Wei left Watson Wyatt as the Regional Director for the Human Capital Group, Asia Pacific. He worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region with clients on various operational and strategic HR issues, including recruitment and selection, competency modeling & development, performance management, promotion, career and succession planning.

Dr. Zsuzsanna Tungli
Founder, Tungli Consulting
Adjunct Assistant Professor, Cross-Cultural Management & Leadership

Dr Zsuzsanna Tungli is a specialist in the areas of Leadership and Cross-cultural management.

Zsuzsanna’s professional experience includes teaching, training, coaching and management consulting, designing and conducting company-specific management development programmes, and international research projects. Her clients include multinationals such as Novartis, Novo Nordisk, Siemens, Daimler Financial Services, Adecco, UPM and RWE. Currently she does team-building and leadership coaching at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland; teaches International Management at the University of St Gallen, Switzerland; Global Leadership MBA and Intercultural Communication at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary.

Her research and consulting projects cover various management issues in Asia, Europe and the United States; knowledge management inc. sharing best practices, the future requirements for executives and business organisations in Central and Eastern Europe and the future leadership role of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
