Delegate Fee
Includes access to all conference sessions and reports plus all publicized breakfasts, lunches, dinners, receptions and parties.
Delegate fee is payable in advance.
Cancellations and Substitutions
Cancellation requests received in writing before April 1, 2017 will incur a penalty of 50% of the delegate fee. No refunds will be made after April 1, 2017.
Substitutions will be accepted at no extra charge. Prior notification is required of any substitute participants. Please send substitutions to clientservices@media-partners-asia.com

Currently all rooms at Ayana and Rimba are sold out. Upon completion of your delegate registration you may contact us to be placed on a waiting list and we will let you know as soon as a room becomes available.
