Either 1 square table (3ft x 3ft) and 2 chairs with your clothing rack or 2 square tables (3ft x 3ft) and 2 chairs included.
Sale of Food, illegal goods, animals and religion/ political related activities are strictly prohibited.
Limited stalls available. Stalls are by first come first serve.

Terms & Conditions
1. It is at the organizer’s discretion to change the dates and times of the event.
2. No action that will damage, deface or dirty the original conditions and / or property of the venue.
3.Adhere to the event hours from 10 am to 5 pm. Please be on time to set up the booth by 10am.
4. Participants are expected to leave no earlier than 5pm.
5. Flea Market Stalls function on a first come first serve basis.
6. No food and beverage to be sold.
7. No contraband / illegal / pirated / imitation items / animals to be sold. Please be reminded also that AVA does not allow the display / sale of animals, including ornamental fishes, at flea market stalls.
"i) Not to allow any sale of any goods including uncensored materials, compact discs (CDs), video CDs (VCDs), CD-ROMs which infringe
intellectual property rights and shall ensure that such sale is not carried out. Any stallholder who intends to sell CDs/VCDs/CD-ROMs
must obtain a Temporary Video Business License issued by the Media Development Authority (MDA) and display it prominently at the stall throughout the fair period. The videos on sale at the stalls must also carry a certificate or an exemption number issued by the MDA."
"ii) Please be advised that selling cassette tapes and CDs to obtain a licence from the Public Entertainment Licensing Unit (PELU) for the transmission of recorded music." iii) You are advised that it is an offence to sell any articles depicting tobacco brands.
8. Foreigners holding social visit passes do not set up stalls and conduct sales at the fair.
9. Remove all structures, debris and refuse immediately from the sites upon conclusion of the events.
10. Unauthorised stalls are not to be set up at the sites.
11. All the stalls and activities are confined within the approved sites as indicated in organizer's layout plans.
12. The stall and its surrounding shall be kept clean at all times.
13. No Refund will be entertained.
14. Participants should only participate if they accept the uniqueness of the event, including its risk.
15. Any additional terms and conditions apart from the following is at the discretion of the organizer.
16. Vendors who require power supply at the stalls should inform the organiser at least one week in advance. Electrical points are chargable at $15 each. The organiser reserves the right at their sole discretion to allocate power supply to vendors.
17. No pets is allowed in this event.
18.There will be no loading or unloading areas in the facilities. 19. The organiser is not liable for any force majeure causes of delay or turn-up rate.
