Rules & Regulation
This tournament shall be an Individual event.
1. Format of Play
1.1 Each participant shall bowl a total of 3 games.
1.2 The total pinfall (3 games series) including handicap, shall be used to decide the final position.
2. Handicap
2.1 Lady bowler will be given a handicap of 10 pinfalls per game. (Total of 30 pinfalls for 3 games)
2.2 Bowlers age 18 years old and below will be given a handicap of 20 pinfalls per game. (Total of 60 pinfalls for 3 games)
3. Prizes
Individual
Prizes will be given to the top 30 individuals (based on total
pinfalls), and the top 5 High games.
Bowler can only win the high games prizes once.
4. Medical Clearance
4.1 All bowlers must ensure they are in good health before competing in the tournament.
4.2 All bowlers must be also fully vaccinated for Covid-19 in order to participate in the tournament.
5. Check-in Time
All bowlers must report at least 30 minutes before scheduled time of bowling (2pm), failing which the bowlers shall be disqualified with no refund of registration fees.
6. Dress code
Bowlers are required to be properly and appropriately dressed for bowling.
Male bowlers must wear pants or slacks and are not allowed to wear sleeveless shirts and/or shorts/bermudas.
Female bowlers may wear skirts, shorts, pants, slacks or dress shorts.
7. Provision to Format of Play
If a bowler is injured at any time during any game and is unable to continue, the score of that bowler will be as at the frame stopped. The remaining game(s) will be awarded blind score of 60 pins.
No substitution will be allowed.
8. Tie-breaker
In the event of a tie at the end, the bowler with the highest high game shall be the winner.
9. Protest
9.1 In the event of any protest, the decision made by the organising committee will be deemed final and there shall be no appeal.
9.2 The rules and regulations as depicted above are current at the time of printing. The organising committee reserves the right to add, delete and vary the rules and regulations at any time as it deems fit.
