UAYPA's goals include career development for young professionals, investment within local Southeast Asian communities, and strengthening the long-term impact, cultural competency, and multilateral relationships between the regions. UAYPA's core priorities are ASEAN Diaspora Empowerment, Understanding International Relations, and promoting capacity building.
