1. The Riddle Contest is only open to residents of Keat Hong Mirage & Keat Hong Quad:

   Blk 817A - 817C, Blk 818A - 818C Chua Chu Kang Ave 1
2. There is no entry fee for the Riddle Contest. Goodie Bag is $2 each. 
3. Each household can only enter the Riddle contest once. No limit on number of Goodie Bag purchased. 
4. Deadline for submission for Riddle Contest is 19th September 2021, 2359h.
5. Winners will be announced on 21st September 2021, 7pm. The organising committee's decision is final and no appeals will be entertained. 
6. Brickland Mirage Quad RN reserves the right to call off the event at any time and amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
