Bulk discounts are available for group registrations from Academic, Healthcare, Non-profit Organisations, Government Representatives, and Independent Professionals.

• 15% for 5–9 passes
• 25% for 10 or more passes

Bulk registrations will be managed as a consolidated booking under one coordinating representative.

Terms and Conditions

1. Personal Data

   By providing your information above, you hereby agree that the organisers may collect, use, disclose, and store your data for the following purposes:

   1. To facilitate the management and logistics of the event.

   2. For legal purposes where necessary, including investigations or legal proceedings.

   3. To allow the appointed Professional Conference Organiser, the Global Alliance for Genomics and Health (GA4GH), the Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS) and their related business units to send e-marketing materials regarding the GA4GH 14th Plenary.

   The collection of information is aligned with, and in accordance with, the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
    

2. Registration Fees

   1. All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing GST.

   2. Online payments are processed through Spark Planners Pte Ltd, the appointed Professional Conference Organiser (PCO), via Stripe.

   3. Registrations will only be processed and confirmed after payment has been received (where applicable).

   4. Registrants are responsible for any applicable payment or bank charges. The full registration fee must be received by the organiser.

   5. Please ensure that the conference name “14Plenary” and the participant’s name are stated in the remarks during the bank transfer process.

   6. A screenshot or completed remittance advice of the bank transfer should be emailed to the Conference Secretariat at ga4gh14plenary@events-sp.com.

   7. Registrants are responsible for selecting the appropriate registration category. The organisers reserve the right to request payment of any price difference if an incorrect registration category has been selected.
       

3. Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
    

4. Cancellation & Refunds

   1. Registration cancellations are not permitted.

   2. All registration fees are non-refundable.

   3. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the conference.
       

5. Photography and Videography

   1. Professional photography and videography will take place during the event. By participating in this event, you consent to the organisers and their stakeholders or partners using images and video recordings for publicity purposes, including websites, media, and publications.
       

6. Programme Changes

   The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, speakers, schedule, or event arrangements where necessary. While every effort will be made to deliver the event as advertised, the organisers shall not be held responsible for any changes that may occur.
    

7. Force Majeure

   The organisers shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the event resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, labour disputes, or technical failures.

   In such circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event as necessary.
