OVERVIEW
Asia continues to play an increasingly important role in global deal activity, driven by resilient markets, evolving investor strategies, regulatory change, and the rise of strategic and technology-led transactions. As dealmakers navigate a more mature, value-driven environment, successful transactions require careful structuring, informed negotiation, and proactive management of legal, tax, regulatory, and dispute risks.

The Deal Making in Asia Masterclass 2026 will provide a practical and comprehensive guide to executing transactions across India and the wider APAC region. This virtual masterclass will bring together legal and deal professionals to examine recent market trends, emerging structuring considerations, key negotiation issues, and dispute risks that can arise across the deal lifecycle.

Through a series of focused modules, participants will gain insight into how deal activity across Asia is evolving amid global slowdown, geopolitical uncertainty, regulatory developments, and the growing influence of alternative capital, sovereign investors, family offices, and strategic acquirers. The programme will also explore how dealmakers are structuring investments with exits in mind, managing cross-border complexity, and preparing for the transaction trends expected to shape 2026 and beyond.
