Synopsis
This inaugural half-day symposium on addictions will feature experts from the Section of Addiction Psychiatry, College of Psychiatrists, Academy of Medicine speaking on various hot topics in the field pertaining to alcohol, nicotine and substance use disorders, as well as gambling and gaming disorders.
These conditions and their management strategies will be discussed. In addition, we have a guest speaker to touch on the use of motivational interviewing in the treatment of addictions. If you have an interest in addictions, this would be the symposium to attend.
