Hafiz Kasman is the Co-Founder & COO of Kinobi, a B2B Edtech SaaS company transforming higher education by preparing students for the modern workforce. Kinobi, a Student Success Management System, serves institutions over 60+ institutions like NTU and SIM.

Recognized for his impact, Hafiz was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia and Singapore's ACE EDGE 35 Under 35. A former consultant at Oliver Wyman, he holds a BBM from Singapore Management University. Hafiz also contributes to youth and community development as a National Youth Council Member, Co-Chairperson for Mentoring SG, and Council Member for the Singapore Chamber of Commerce Indonesia.

Ridzwan Aminuddin is currently the Head of Product E-commerce Logistics GTL & IBP at Bytedance. He is a highly strategic, entrepreneurial and performance-driven, senior product & project management professional with 9+ years of progressive experience in product management & project leadership. As an executive-level strategic project & program management leader, he has gained global business & product development acumen while generating year-over-year growth for innovative start-up organizations while maintaining full accountability for defining product vision, roadmap and strategies. He has earned fast track promotions through performance excellence during enterprise-level project operations while operating cross-functionally and interdepartmentally to influence decision making and drive the success of large-scale technology projects.

Jesslyn Gunawan is a Value Creation, PR and Community Lead at Trihill Capital, the most active investors in Southeast Asia's startups, investing in both ventures in SEA and public equities globally.

Previously, Jesslyn led the Startup Engagement team at Xendit, the first SEA B2B unicorn in the fintech sector. During her time at Xendit, she successfully managed relationships with founders and VCs throughout the region, contributing to the company's impressive growth and success. She also worked at Endeavor, a renowned international organization that supports high-impact entrepreneurs worldwide.

Topic: Pioneering sustainability solutions for ASEAN
Laksamana Sakti is the Co-Founder and CEO of Neutura, a carbon removal company in Indonesia.

He has over five years of experience in the sustainability sector, including serving as the Co-Founder and COO of Siklus, a clean-tech company dedicated to decarbonizing the retail industry. He was also part of the founding team at Global Green Capital, a Germany-based climate investment vehicle by Rocket Internet.
He was selected as a Y20 India 2023 delegate, is recognized as an Expert for the World Economic Forum's UpLink, and co-founded RISE-UP, a non-profit organization focused on addressing development challenges through sustainable innovation.

Laksamana holds a master's degree with distinction from University College London (awarded with a full scholarship) and an undergraduate degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology.

Topic: Spearheading social enterprises for good

Maral Dipodiputro is the Founder and CEO of TEMU. TEMU is a social enterprise that focuses on tackling unemployment issue in Indonesia. TEMU helps low-skilled workers who are mainly vocational-high school graduates to find jobs.

She is also the Vice Chairperson of Garda Pemuda NasDem, the youth-wing of NasDem, the fourth largest party in Indonesia. She was elected as one of the 50 globally inspiring women changing the world into a better place by the Vital Voices of Hillary Clinton and a recipient of the Cherie Blair Foundation Leadership Programme.


Topic: From Passion to Profession: Making Humanitarian Work a Sustainable & Meaningful Career
Gigih Septianto is the Founder and Executive Director of WeCare.id, an Indonesian pioneer of medical crowdfunding platform that enables underserved patients to secure funding for medical procedures. He believes that everyone deserves better quality healthcare regardless of their circumstances. WeCare.id has now also grown to become a philanthropic platform that develops various initiatives in the area of healthcare, education, disaster response, & environment.

To advance his endeavor on health equity & social justice, Gigih is part of the 2023 The Equity Initiative Fellowship by the Atlantic Institute & China Medical Board, through which he has received immense training including from Harvard School of Public Health. His work has been awarded many recognitions, including Obama Foundation Leaders Asia Pacific 2019, Gen T Asia Tatler, and Australia-ASEAN Emerging Leaders in Social Enterprise in 2017. He is passionate about helping people attain a better quality of life by improving their mental and physical health.
Prior to founding WeCare.id, Gigih was a tech consultant & engineer helping various clients from government, enterprise to startups to develop technology solutions.
