A Virtual Walk / Run Event

Race Entitlement:
Collection from your preferred Community Centre from 8th December 2021
& wear it during your walk / run.
CC opening hours: Mon – Sun, 10am to 6pm, Except Public Holiday

3km Walk: Run Tee Shirt + Drawstring Bag
1km Kids Dash: Tee Shirt(Children) + Medal + Drawstring Bag

Submission Details:
After your walk / run, please take a *screenshot of your run / walk (either single or accumulative) and send to bigfarmwalk2021@gmail.com
with your name, contact & ticket number.
Latest date & time for submission is: 26th December 2021, 2359hrs
*Screenshot submission details:
All GPS-Based app, health apps, steps trackers, smart watches and
indoor threadmills will be accepted.
Just take the screenshot of the distance covered.

1250 steps = 1km, 3750 steps = 3km, 10 000 steps = 8km
Photo Contest:
(1) Take a photo wearing the exclusive 'B.I.G Farm Walk & Run 2021' event
T-shirt during your walk / run.
(2) LIKE, FOLLOW & POST your photo with #CCKHKNBFW on our
"BIG FARM WALK AND RUN" Facebook page. Remember to set your posts to public.
(3) Top 10 posts with highest LIKES will win $30 worth of vouchers
(4) Post by 26 December 2021 and winners will be notified by 4 Jan 2022

- You must be a ticket holder to take part in the photo contest
- If there are duplicate posts / submissions, only 1 will be considered
Safe Management Measures
1.A physical distancing of 2m (i.e. 2 arms-length) must be maintained when exercising or playing sport in general.
●
2.Masks must be worn when not engaged in strenuous activities.
●
3.Individuals can exercise outdoors with their family members / friends, but social group exercise and activities must be kept to no more than 2 participants or subject to latest guidelines announce. They should also maintain at least 3m apart from other groups sharing the same space and wear their masks when not engaged in strenuous activities.
●
4.Seniors aged 60 years old and above must maintain a physical distance of 2m from one another when exercising. As Seniors are more vulnerable to the virus, they should stay at home as much as possible, and continue to keep fit by doing exercises at home.
●
5.All seniors to stay home if they feel unwell and seek medical advice promptly.
●
6.The Organising Committee reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the event and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
●
7.Data of each participant will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this event. By joining this event, participants consent to and grant committee the right to use the contest submission and related events/programmes (images/videos) for marketing and promotion purposes, including print, audio-visual and social media, without restriction or limitation and for unlimited number of times.
●
8.The Organising Committee will not be liable for any loss of life, injuries which may be sustained and arising from the above activity.
