18–19 September 2025 | National University of Singapore
The Centre for Quantitative Finance (CQF) at NUS, in collaboration with ETH Zurich’s FinsureTech Hub, will organize the ETH–NUS Joint Workshop on AI × FinTech on Thursday, 18 September and Friday, 19 September 2025 at NUS.
Co-hosted by the Institute for Mathematical Sciences (IMS) and the Department of Mathematics, this two-day workshop is designed to strengthen the growing partnership between ETH Zurich and NUS in financial technology, quantitative finance and applied machine learning.
With the theme “AI Agents for the Future of Financial Decision-Making,” the workshop aims to promote meaningful exchange between faculty and graduate students from ETH’s CAS in Machine Learning for Finance & Insurance and NUS’s MQF and MQF-SJTU programs. Activities will include talks, startup showcases, and a mini hackathon, fostering cross-disciplinary dialogue and applied learning across both groups.
The workshop forms part of a broader effort to build academic and professional bridges between ETH FinsureTech and NUS CQF, advancing collaboration in the rapidly evolving AI and FinTech landscape.
