- This form is for you to submit your table request for the Gala Dinner taking place on 7 November 2023.
- Requests will be processed in the order they are received and are subject to seat availability at your preferred table.
- Your request will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from our Conference Secretariat Team.
- In the interest of fairness to all attendees, we kindly ask that you refrain from making any changes after receiving confirmation.
- Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific seat preferences, such as facing the stage or securing adjacent seats.
- Online reservation will close on 1 November 2023. Thereafter, Gala Dinner seating requests can be made in person on-site starting from 3 November 2023, 13:00 SGT until 5 November 2023, 17:00 SGT, during the operating hours of our Gala Dinner Helpdesk.
