Singapore’s investment environment is thriving and transparent. Nevertheless, there is scope to be proactive in reinforcing the mindset and practice of stewardship, towards sharing and encouraging good practice amongst investors. The Singapore Stewardship Principles (SSP) for Responsible Investors is a set of principles intended to encourage investors to voluntarily pursue the spirit of stewardship and good governance. The SSP is a collaborative effort by members of the Working Group led by Stewardship Asia Centre. The Working Group hopes that, over the long term, these Principles will be beneficial to Singapore’s investor and stakeholder communities.
