Building a Resilient Asia: Innovating through Infrastructure, People, and Finance
Sustainable Asia Conference (SAC2025) is a peer-reviewed academic conference convened by the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and hosted by its School of Business. Designed for scholars committed to advancing sustainability research with applied impact, the conference provides a rigorous platform to address Asia’s most pressing sustainability challenges.
Home to over 60% of the world’s population, Asia is the epicentre of climate risk. With over half of global carbon emissions originating in the region and rapid urbanisation driving soaring resource demands, Asia faces mounting environmental, social, and economic pressures. Building resilience will require innovative solutions that connect infrastructure, people, and finance to ensure sustainable and inclusive growth.
Accepted papers will contribute to advancing interdisciplinary sustainability scholarship and resonate directly with industry leaders and policymakers at the frontier of Asia’s sustainability transition.
Register and Support Sustainability Education
All registration proceeds will go towards supporting the SUSS Sustainability Endowment Fund to provide scholarships and awards for students pursuing sustainability education, in perpetuity. Consider making a donation. Those who donate at least $400 will receive complimentary conference access.
