Payment of contractually due amounts shall be made as they fall due and in the following manner:

The first instalment (30% non-refundable deposit): together with this booking form, it must be settled within one (1) month from the submission date to confirm the reservation for the space/booth.
The second instalment (30% of contract price) due by 28 October 2025.
The balance (40% of contract price): due by 28 February 2026.

No discounts are available for early payment or payments on account. Applications validated within sixty (60) days before the opening of the Show must be paid in full by the Exhibitor no more than eight (8) days after the date on which the corresponding invoice was sent to the Exhibitor. That time frame will be reduced to two (2) days if the Exhibitor registers fewer than eight (8) days before the Show opens, and in all instances, payment must be received by the Organiser at least two (2) days before the Show opens.
