N.E.mation 2021! Contest Submission (Youth Category)
N.E.mation! is an annual inter-school digital animation competition for students and youths to express their thoughts on how to put Total Defence into action. With help from industry professionals, secondary school students with no experience in animation are trained to produce broadcast-quality clips to engage the wider public on Total Defence. Each year, their high quality animation clips are then featured on television, cinemas and YouTube! N.E.mation! 2021 returns with a Student Category for secondary school students (aged 13 – 16 years) and a Youth Category (aged 17 – 25 years).
The theme for N.E.mation! 2021 is “Together We Keep Singapore Strong”.
Teams comprising three to four students from both categories are invited to use their creativity and produce a 30-second animation clip to reflect the theme “Together We Keep Singapore Strong”.
Animation clips produced by the top 10 teams from each category will be judged by a panel comprising industry professionals and members of the public in January 2021.
