Verification of Overseas COVID-19 Vaccination and Serology Testing 2022

If you have scheduled an appointment for your pre-admission medical examination, you may request for the verification of overseas COVID-19 vaccination and serology testing on the same day during registration without making another appointment. Payment (cashless) for this additional service/ test can be made on the spot.

Please read the Terms and Conditions before you register for an appointment. You will be required to make payment ($25 - $40 inclusive of GST) on the day of your appointment. NETS, Credit Card, Debit Card and PayNow are acceptable modes of payment.

Personal data provided by the Attendees may be used by NUS for the purposes of the Event/service provided and communicating with the Attendees. By registering in the Event, you are deemed to have given your consent to the processing of your personal data by NUS and/or its service providers in connection with the Event/service provided. You acknowledge and agree to NUS’ Privacy Notice and its legal information and notices.
