Orchestrating superior organizational performance in a fast-moving environment requires more than just competent management: it requires leadership. The practice of effective organizational leadership, while always challenging, is becoming increasingly difficult in a world that is changing at an accelerating rate.

In this lecture, Professor Bresman explains what leadership is (and what it is not); introduces a new model of leadership based on his recent research; and gives real-world examples that illustrate how this model can by successfully applied in today's organizations.

About the Speaker:
Professor Henrik Bresman is an award-winning expert on leading high-performance teams. As an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD, his current research and teaching focuses on developing principled, innovative and effective teams and leaders in Asia.
