What are the dates and timings of the event?

The event is happening on 25th September 2023, Monday. Registration for collection of your event badge starts at 8.30AM SGT. We strongly encourage that you arrive early to allow time for registration as the event will start promptly at 9.00AM SGT.

Where is the event venue located?

The event will take place at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, Level 4, Hall 401 – 402.

How can I attend the event?

To attend the event, you will need to register online at www.mdrtdaysingapore.com. After registration, you'll receive a registration confirmation via email.

How much is it to attend the event?

The registration fee to attend the event is $268.00 per ticket. Please check with your agency representative if you are entitled for a promo code. You may add-on a Special Lunch session, available at $58.00 during the registration process. Special Lunch sessions slots are limited.

Is there an early bird discount for the ticket to the event?

Early bird tickets are available till the 18th September 2023, Monday at $228.00. Click here to purchase.

Where can I get a promo code?

Promo codes are available for sponsor agencies. If you are an agent from one of the sponsor agencies, kindly inquire with your company representative regarding the promo code entitled for your use.

Can I register on-site, or is pre-registration required?

All guests must pre-register online at www.mdrtdaysingapore.com. You may register on the website while you are on-site, however, do note we do not accept cash payments and all payments must be made online.

I have not heard back on my registration, or I have not received an email after registering.

For bulk registration, please allow 3 working days to receive your event ticket(s) via the email you had used for registration.

For individual and group registrations via the website, should you not receive your event ticket within 10 minutes via email, please contact the event secretariat for assistance.

I am unable to pay via credit card; is there an alternate payment method?

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayNow are accepted as payment methods. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, you may wish to try using PayNow instead. If you require any further assistance, please contact the event secretariat.

I have a redemption code but did not manage to complete my registration. When I try to re-register using the same redemption code, I encounter an error message. What should I do?

Please re-enter to the website 30 minutes later before attempting to register again using the same redemption code. Should you require any assistance, please email the event secretariat for assistance.

What is the event's cancellation or refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable, subject to approval and must be received in writing to MDRT Day Singapore Secretariat before 18th September 2023, Monday.

What language will the event be conducted in?

The event will be conducted in English.

Will meals or refreshments be provided during the event?

Lunch is - provided for attendees who have selected to join the Special lunch session- and seat is non-transferrable.

Lunch will be self-arranged for attendees who do not opt for the Special lunch session. There are vendor machines available outside the convention hall for refreshments and lunch places within the mall connected to the convention centre.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Parking is available at Suntec City mall. Here are the parking rates for weekdays:

Weekday rates: Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays

7.00am – 5.00pm $2.60 for the first hour; $1.30 per 30 mins or part thereof

5.00pm – 4.00am $3.00 per entry

4.00am – 7.00am $2.60 for the first hour; $1.30 per 30 mins or part thereof

What is the dress code for the event?

The dress code for the event is business casual.

What are the COVID-19 safety protocols in place for the event?

Singapore has stepped down all COVID-19 measures and mask wearing is not required except in healthcare settings. However, do practise good personal hygiene and wear a mask if you are unwell.

We strongly advise individuals who are unwell with symptoms of COVID-19 or other respiratory infections to stay home.

How many CPD hours will I receive for attending this event?

All participants who attend the event will receive a Certificate of Participation via email. You can then submit this certificate to your company for accreditation of CPD hours. The number of CPD hours that will be awarded is at the discretion of your company.

Will session recordings and presentation materials be available after the event?

We definitely encourage you to make time to attend the MDRT Day Singapore 2023 as on demand content will not be made available post event. Recording or live streaming the session on any platform is also prohibited.

How can I connect with the speakers directly?

You can contact the speakers via their social media or public profile page (if any). We do not disclose any speaker's contact information to third parties. If you would like to engage the speakers for other events, or any other matters, please write your request to member@mdrtsingapore.com.

Will there be any exhibitors at the event?

Yes, there will be exhibitors and networking opportunities are available during the event. Do keep an eye on our website for updates.
