* The fees are not inclusive of hotel accommodation. Delegates may be refused admission to the SIAC Congress if payment is not received prior to the SIAC Congress 2018.
** A discount of 20% off the registration fee will be offered for groups of 3 or more from the same firm or organisation. In order to receive the 20% discount, we must receive the registration of the 3 or more persons and their completed registration forms at one time. Group discount will apply only for standard price tickets and will not apply for registrations sent separately.
# GST of 7% on registration fees is applicable to individuals, corporations or businesses in Singapore and overseas individuals who are not represented by any overseas corporation or business. All fees including the Gala Dinner tickets and any bank administrative charges will be subjected to 7% GST.
Cancellation & Refund
Any cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the SIAC Congress 2018 Secretariat on or before Friday, 13 April 2018.
A charge of 50% of the registration fee, (plus 10% administration charge) will be charged for cancellations received in writing by the Congress Secretariat before Friday, 13 April 2018. Refunds will be made within two months after the SIAC Congress 2018. No refunds will be made for requests received after Friday, 13 April 2018.
Should you not be able to attend, a substitute delegate from the same organisation is welcome at no extra charge. No substitute delegate will be allowed after Friday, 4 May 2018.
