Oman’s Oil & Gas sector plays a key role in the country's economy - contributing 27% to the local economy and more than 70% of government revenues. New developments such as the Liwa Plastics facility by ORPIC as well as the new development of Duqm Refinery and export terminal are expected to re-invigorate the country’s Oil & Gas sector with more than US$7bn of investments.

Companies keen to explore opportunities in Oman will need to be aware of the recent changes in regulations such as In-Country-Value as well as vendor registration through the nationwide Joint-Supplier-Registration-System mandated by Sultanate’s Ministry of Oil & Gas.

The event will consist of presentations that would shed light on these topics as well as provide a better understanding for companies interested in venturing to Oman.
